0.00 2 day - This was the first release that I gave to people to sample it.
             I actually gave this game to a guy called Shezza to test out
             and he gave me some good ideas which i thought about.

0.01 alpha - Very small, very unworkable version.  This version just had
             normal Turbo Pascal commands in it.  It is starting to look
             like something.

0.02 alpha - Not much change from the version above.  3 screens now and a
             simple fighting sequence with 5 baddies.  This is the first
             version of LANDS OF CROM with the support for BBS's added.
             This is the first version of CROM ever to be tested on a BBS
             and it didn't work :(.

0.03 alpha - Not much change to the map etc... More varibles implemented.
             Will now work with BBS's and a much better engine!
             The engine is awesome... A think it's similar to LORD 2's one.
             More enemies in the forest.  Now the game is starting to look
             very, very good.  First version to be tested on a BBS and it
             worked fine.

0.04 alpha - 10 Baddies now and the characters inside the house can talk to
             you... A fair few improvements have been made.

0.05 alpha - Now there are 5 screens and many things are working better.
             The code in places has been reduced by still 1800+ lines.
             The 'fight sequence bug' has been fixed... and there are going
             to be 15 baddies for each level of experience.  A good coloured
             File_Id.Diz now comes with the game.  Still, this game is no
             way near finished.

0.06 alpha - Fixed the time display for remote users... Added in neighbours
             house... Added some extra male type humour in the game.  Fixed
             the fight sequence bug, the experience bug, and a few other
             bugs.  This version is fairly playable.

0.07 alpha - Added in the 'unregistered version tester'.  Also added in the
             title screen.  For sysops going to this version, they must
             unzip CROM.EXE, CROM.KEY, and CROMTIT.ANS.  Added in some more
             messages in your house.  Added the party house.  Improved
             documentation.  More info in the view hero screen.  Another
             person in the neighbour's house, plus a talk engine has been
             made.  By the way there is a real girl called Morgan, she is
             a real bitch, but still she is a total babe.  More in the fight
             engine, including, 'Abuse It' where you can abuse the creature
             and they will either lose or gain hitpoints (Some don't change).
             Anyway, there are lots of improvements and changes to this
             version, not all are listed.

0.08 alpha - Fixed a minor error with the 'message box' with respect to
             Morgan... this is because I changed most of the code related
             to it.

0.09 alpha - Added another room.  Also I implemented the help screen.  
             Another few map has been added above Ol'Baid Village.  
             Improved Fight engine.  New Trees engine.  Less documention
             will now be done so the game can be made more.  Fixed map
             sequence.  Finished another room.  This would have to be the
             version with the biggest update.

0.10 alpha - Added Healer's Hut, but only the house, that is, the house is
             there but you still can't heal yourself yet.  The next version
             should have the healer in it.  Also I surrounded an edge on
             the 'Outside Healers' screen with water.  If you have any
             suggestions... please send them to me, Sir Best!.  Limited
             'enter name' to 16 characters.  Improved graphics engine...
             less or no redundancy now!  I have now also put a two mod files
             playing during gameplay.  One for the title and details and one
             for just normal gameplay.  In later version there will be more
             music.  I don't know if this part will work properly...  I've
             tried to make it local only, because of two reasons, firstly I
             can't enable to sound driver remotely, and also if you could it
             work be annoying for the sysop to hear the music every time
             someone runs the game.  You can now use arrow keys in local
             mode.  You can also choose to not sound if you want.  Many bug
             fixes in this release. The documentation has also been updated
             and improved.  Also this 'revisions' section has been taken out
             of the main text and put into a file of its own.  I'm going to
             stop documenting this version because so many changes are
             going to take place.  I am not going to release another version
             of CROM intill the game has come along a lot further!  Also
             now this game is handled in units for more efficient use as
             well as being able to now make the game bigger.  Recently the
             sound/music driver was taken out since it wasn't compatable
             with Sound Blaster 16 and plus cards.  I plan in the future to
             add in sound again, but for now there is no sound in the game.
